1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a pickup or dropping off items at our Thrippunithura facility, you agree to comply with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022. All items must be surrendered for authorized recycling or disposal.

2. Data Liability

EWaste Kochi provides certified data destruction following NIST 800-88 standards. While we guarantee irrecoverable destruction, clients are responsible for backing up necessary data prior to handover. We are not liable for data loss once destruction is performed.

3. Pickup Policy

Free pickup is offered for 10 or more devices within our service areas. Standard handling fees may apply for specialized items like CRT monitors or non-standard industrial hardware as specified during the booking process.

4. Certifications

Certificates of Destruction (CoD) are issued within 24-48 hours of processing. These documents are serial-numbered and serve as legal proof of compliant disposal for audit purposes.
