Our services
Ewaste Kochi provides e-waste pickup, recycling, battery recycling, device resale ("Marketplace"/"Sell Electronics"), data destruction, hard drive shredding, and IT asset disposition (ITAD) as described on the relevant service pages of this site.
Pickup scheduling
Pickup slots are confirmed based on availability in your area. Same-day or next-day pickup is offered where possible but is not guaranteed. Please have items ready and, where relevant, be present or have an authorized person present at the scheduled time.
Pricing and quotes
Preliminary quotes for device sales are based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation after physical inspection at pickup. The final price is agreed with you before any payment is made; you are not obligated to proceed if the final quote differs from the preliminary estimate.
Data destruction and certificates
Data destruction is performed using the methods described on our data destruction and hard drive shredding pages. Certificates of destruction or recycling are issued on request for devices we have processed directly. We are not responsible for data on devices or media not disclosed to us at the time of pickup.
Refurbished and resold devices
Devices sold through our Marketplace are described to the best of our knowledge based on inspection at the time of listing. Buyers should confirm condition and any warranty terms directly with us before purchase.
Limitation of liability
While we take reasonable care in handling devices and data, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, data loss from devices not properly disclosed, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page with its last-updated date.
